1. Introduction

5. Representations and Warranties

(b) The Influencer represents and warrants that all content created as part of the Campaign will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
6. Confidentiality
(a) Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed by the other party that is not publicly available.
(b) Influencer agrees not to disclose any confidential information regarding Company or the Campaign without the prior written consent of Company.
7. Termination
(a) Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party.
(b) Upon termination, the Influencer agrees to promptly cease all promotional activities related to the Campaign and return any materials or assets provided by the Company.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
(a) These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction].
