You can ask Bingwa Sokoni to delete all the personal data we hold on you. Submit the form below and we'll process the request within 30 calendar days, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
What gets deleted: your customer or affiliate record, every chat message you exchanged with the bot, any Facebook / Instagram OAuth tokens we stored, and your push-notification subscriptions. Order records and M-Pesa receipts are retained for 7 years to satisfy KRA record-keeping rules but are anonymised — your phone number is replaced with a hash and your name is removed.
If you only want us to disconnect a specific Facebook Page or Instagram Business account (rather than delete all your data), open your Bingwa account and click "Disconnect" next to the right account.
Meta's app-review process requires a server-to-server "data deletion
callback" URL. Ours is
POST https://bingwasokoni.com/legal/data-deletion/callback.
It accepts Meta's signed deletion request payload and acks with a
confirmation code we surface here.
